Weakness: Doorframes

Zach founded Chronicle Cinema in 2014 to bring cinematic storytelling to work that usually settles for less: commercials, events, and original film. He has directed three feature films, beginning with a debut at age 21 that earned a Student Emmy, and his 2024 documentary Conversion is streaming on Apple TV and Amazon Prime. From early work with Olympic Broadcasting Services to campaigns for Hallmark, HP, Meta, and Texas Roadhouse, Zach leads every project the same way: story first, craft always. On set he is equal parts director and camp counselor, casting the vision, rallying the crew, and making twelve-hour days feel like the best trip of the summer.
