About

The first-ever official music video for Lynyrd Skynyrd’s “Free Bird”: a cinematic homage to youth, nostalgia, and timeless freedom, shot over three intense days in and around Louisville, Kentucky and southern Indiana.

Chronicle Cinema partnered with director Max Moore to transform an abandoned restaurant into a meticulous 1970s diner, build a custom process trailer for the driving scenes, and choreograph an intricate motorcycle-and-drone sequence. Now with nearly 30 million views and counting, the video resonates across generations.
