Who

Daniel Franzese.

Best known as the iconic Damian in the cult classic Mean Girls, Daniel is a comedian, actor, and activist who has also appeared in HBO’s Looking and The Comeback, and on comedy stages across the country.

Being in the room means the energy, the laughter, and the behind-the-scenes of a professional taping, months before anyone else sees a frame of it.

Before you come

What to know.

You’re in the special

This is a taping, not a screening. Cameras face the stage and the room, and there’s no seat that isn’t in frame. If you’d rather not be on camera, this isn’t the event for you. Registering means you’re okay appearing in the finished special. The release is the checkbox on the ticket form, and you can read it in full first.

Take two

It’s a live taping, so you may get to laugh twice. If we reset and run it back for take two, laugh just as hard the second time: the resets are the part viewing audiences never get to see, and you’re part of what will make this special, well, special.

Arrive early

Doors open 30 minutes prior to the show and everyone needs to be seated before we roll. Late arrivals can’t be seated once the taping starts. It’s a camera thing, not a rudeness thing.

Seating is first come, first served: your ticket holds your spot in the room, not a specific seat. Show up early if you want to be up front.

Drinks and popcorn

Both are available at the studio. Grab what you want while doors are open. Once we roll, the room stays put.
