A pop-up studio at HP’s in-person roadshow: Chronicle Cinema filmed presentations and interviews on the floor, then turned that content into a dual-stream, two-session live virtual event.
At HP’s in-person roadshow, our team built a pop-up studio on site: filming presentations, capturing live event content, and recording interviews as the day unfolded. The brief wasn’t just to document the event; it was to generate a library of content that could power a second, entirely virtual experience.
We ran capture and production in parallel. While one part of the team shot presentations and interviews in the pop-up studio, another organized that footage into the building blocks of the virtual program. From the content captured on the floor, Chronicle Cinema produced a dual-stream, two-session live virtual event, extending the reach of a single in-person roadshow to audiences who couldn’t be in the room.
One roadshow, two audiences. HP walked away with a polished in-person event sizzle, a set of clean speaker-presentation edits, and a fully produced two-session virtual event, all sourced from the same days of capture.
“Chronicle Cinema is THE best. Fortunate for all the superb work you have done with HP.”
