Josh builds the systems, workflows, and training that keep a 175+ person crew network moving in sync from booking through post. He spent 14 years as a teacher, instructional coach, and high school administrator before joining Chronicle, and he brings that institutional calm to production chaos: onboarding, training, studio operations, and the checklists nobody notices until they save the day. On set, he is the steady presence making sure the crew is safe, fed, and set up to do their best work. Off set, he is thoroughly outnumbered by his twin daughters.
Once described cataloging the equipment inventory as “a long, slow, beautiful dance.” He meant it.
